What to Expect on the Day of Your Event

1–2 Hours Before Guests Arrive

Our team arrives, unpacks, and sets up the IV station, shot bar, and optional spa tent or lounge area. Setup takes approximately 45–60 minutes depending on event size.

Guest Check-In

Each guest completes a brief 2-minute medical intake form before their treatment. Our provider reviews it and selects the appropriate treatment and formulation for each individual.

Treatment (30–45 Minutes Per Guest)

Guests relax comfortably during their infusion — they can socialize, use their phone, or simply enjoy the experience. Our provider monitors everyone throughout. Shot bar services take 5–10 minutes.

Post-Treatment

Most guests feel the effects of hydration and energy support within minutes to hours. Our team packs up quietly and efficiently so the celebration continues uninterrupted.

We can accommodate events of virtually any size. For large events, additional providers are deployed. Contact us with your expected headcount for accurate planning.

What treatments are available at events?

Our full IV menu is available on-site, including Hydration Boost, Myer's Cocktail, Hangover Relief, Immune Booster, and Energy Booster. Custom menus available.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

We generally recommend events with 5+ guests for the event service model. Smaller groups can be accommodated as standard mobile appointments.

Are the providers licensed?

All services are performed exclusively by licensed medical professionals under the clinical oversight of RevitaLine Health.

How much advance notice do you need?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for best availability. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on provider schedule.

What is included in the event setup?

We handle all medical supplies, IV bags, sharps disposal, and clinical setup. We arrive with everything needed for a complete, safe, and professional on-site experience.

How much does mobile IV therapy for events cost?

Event pricing starts from approximately $175 per guest for small gatherings with basic setup. Mid-size and large events are priced by custom quote based on group size, location, treatment selections, and setup requirements. A travel fee applies for locations outside Farmingdale, NY. What areas on Long Island and NYC do you serve for events?

We serve events throughout Long Island including Nassau County, Suffolk County, the East End, and the Hamptons. In NYC, we serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Travel fees apply for locations outside our Farmingdale base. For events further afield, contact us — we accommodate significant travel for the right event.

How long does each guest's treatment take?

IV infusion treatments typically take 30–45 minutes per guest. Shot bar services (B12, energy, immunity, or beauty injections) take 5–10 minutes. For events with large guest counts, we bring additional providers to ensure all guests can be treated within your event timeline. We recommend planning 1 provider per 8–10 guests per hour.

Do guests need to do anything to prepare?

Guests should be well-hydrated before treatment and should have eaten within a few hours of their appointment. Each guest completes a brief medical intake form before their treatment — this takes about 2 minutes. Guests with certain medical conditions or allergies will be assessed individually by our provider. There are no special preparations required beyond normal hydration and eating.
