From a young age, Dr. Chiramel was drawn to two pursuits — medicine and art — and her work in aesthetics is where they finally meet. After more than a decade practicing internal medicine, she found a path where clinical precision and artistry reinforce one another. With formal training as a makeup artist alongside advanced expertise in injectables, she brings an artist’s eye and a physician’s judgment to every treatment, enhancing each client’s natural features with balance and restraint rather than reinvention.
Her medical background grounds the aesthetic work in safety and sound clinical reasoning, while her love of the arts shapes how she approaches the craft — reading proportion, symmetry, and the small details that make a result look natural rather than done. Through her practice, Glow Medical Aesthetics, she partners with RevitaLine Health to offer aesthetic treatments that help clients look and feel their best with confidence, elegance, and care.

Is this RevitaLine or Glow?
Glow Medical Aesthetics is an independent medical practice owned by Dr. Tintu Chiramel, DO, providing aesthetic services at RevitaLine’s Farmingdale location. Glow also operates a Huntington location. Your aesthetic care is provided by Glow; your hormone or longevity care, if you’re a RevitaLine patient, is provided by Santiago Acute Care NP Services PLLC.
Do I need to be a RevitaLine patient?
No. Aesthetic services are open to anyone.
What does the consultation involve?
A full-face assessment and a conversation about goals, medical history, and what’s appropriate. Treatment may be performed at the same visit when planned in advance.
How long do results last?
Duration varies by product, treatment area, and individual metabolism. This is reviewed at consultation and follow-up.
Is filler reversible?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, which is kept on site.
